Ten years of forging ahead, ten years of unwavering dedication. DINSEN recently celebrated its tenth anniversary. To express gratitude for the trust of its customers and the dedication of its employees, the company held a unique celebration themed “Quality Casts the Future, Unity Creates Brilliance.”
The celebration began with a heartwarming video from customers, conveying their wishes across mountains and seas. Partners from Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other regions expressed their high recognition of DINSEN’s ductile iron pipes, cast iron pipes, and fittings: “DINSEN’s pipes are pressure-resistant, leak-proof, and have a long service life, making them our top choice for our projects!” These heartfelt praises are not only a testament to DINSEN’s product quality, but also a testament to the brand’s globalization strategy.
Afterwards, all employees visited SIMBA Farm for a team-building activity. In the natural, outdoor setting, everyone took a break from their busy schedules to experience the traditional Chinese craft of lacquer fan making, embracing the spirit of craftsmanship. The unique pattern of each lacquer fan, like the precision casting process for each DINSEN ductile iron pipe, requires patience, skill, and innovation. While painting fans, employees realized that superior quality stems from meticulous attention to detail, the very essence of DINSEN’s pipe products, which are sold internationally.
After the hands-on experience, the team also participated in several collaborative games. The games allowed everyone to collaborate to complete tasks, recreating the seamless integration of every step in the production line—from pipe fitting casting to pipe system integration. DINSEN consistently prioritizes teamwork and process optimization. Amidst laughter and joy, team cohesion was further strengthened, and everyone gained a deeper understanding of their mission of “building a reliable pipe system together.”
At the dinner, employees took the stage to sing, expressing their love and well wishes for the company. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, reflecting the DINSEN brand’s ethos of solidity and reliability like cast iron pipes, yet also a human touch.
At the conclusion of the event, the Bill took the stage to deliver a speech. He reviewed DINSEN’s decade-long journey from its founding to becoming an international supplier of ductile iron pipes, and thanked its global customers and employees for their trust and dedication: “Over the past decade, we have earned market recognition with our high-quality cast iron pipes and fittings.
