At the beginning of this month, DINSEN IMPEX CORP was invited by customers to attend the 27th International Household and Industrial Heating, Water Supply, Engineering System, Swimming Pool and Hot Spring Equipment Exhibition. After the epidemic, enter and leave the border were no longer restricted. After receiving the invitation, we went to Russia to meet with old customers, and were introduced some new customers by customers.
As our first meeting in three years, we had much to share and discuss. At DINSEN, we are committed to listening to our customers and continuously improving our supply chain. The customers’ feedback on our products was valuable, and we are taking note of their constructive criticism to enhance our delivery monitoring, quality control, and product detection.
Moreover, we were pleased to be introduced to new customers by our old ones, which highlighted the positive reputation of our EN877 standard products and our efforts towards building client trust.
