At the end of 2015, our company began to invest a large amount of money to develop the temperature cycling testing device to check the coating adherence, which is the first testing equipment developed by ourselves in China in casting field.
In the past half year, we have been striving hard for research and testing on new epoxy paints. Thanks to the unremitting efforts and full support of well-known paints plants, after through hundreds of failure, adjustment, and experiment on paints property, production technique, we finally found the best paints and succeeded in the temperature cycling test ( according to European standard EN877 ). Along with Dinsen cast iron pipe, we also carried experiment on world repute brand PAM SMU,system, and it proved that the quality from Dinsen cast iron pipe is equal.
