On June 27, 2025, all members of DINSEN gathered in Shexian County to hold a work summary meeting for the first half of 2025 and carry out a variety of team-building activities. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the work results of the first half of the year and clarified the development direction for the second half of the year. At the same time, through team sharing, interactive competitions, wine tasting exchanges and dinner activities, the team cohesion and centripetal force were further enhanced, showing the company’s positive spirit.
At 1 pm, all members of DINSEN gathered and set off, and arrived at the destination after a 1.5-hour drive. After a short break, all members entered the meeting room on time at 3 o’clock, and the event officially kicked off with the wonderful opening of the host Huihui.
1. Meeting: Summarize and review, seek common development
Bill first gave a 30-minute keynote speech, reviewing the company’s operating conditions in the first half of the year, and affirming the efforts of the sales department. At the same time, Bill emphasized the key goals for the second half of the year and called on all employees to continue to strive for greater success.
Summary of first half year performance:
- New breakthrough in product certification: SML pipe series successfully passed EN877:2021 A1 standard certification and obtained Castco’s authoritative test report;
- Good sales performance: DS brand SML pipe products achieved 10 cabinet export orders in a single batch;
- Technical research and development results: Ductile iron pipe products achieved key technological breakthroughs;
- Business development progress: Officially launched the new business segment of supply chain management, successfully signed a contract to participate in Saudi Arabia’s 10 billion strategic cooperation project
Customer attack competition, wisdom collision
Ryan, Brock, and Oliver, three colleagues, shared cases for 10 minutes around the theme of customer attack, showing their innovative ideas and practical experience in business expansion. After each sharing, the team conducted 5 minutes of comments and voting. The atmosphere was warm and sparks of wisdom continued to burst out.
Personal Summary, Talk about Growth
In the second half, 7 colleagues took turns to come on stage, combined with their business experience in the first half of the year, and shared their work results, experience and future plans in the past six months in 10 minutes. Everyone’s sharing was supported by data and real cases, which fully demonstrated the team’s professional ability and growth trajectory.
Angela’s Summary, twelve empowerment of operation
At the end of the meeting, Angela summarized the company’s overall operation and deeply interpreted the “Twelve Operations” to provide strategic guidance and action program for the team. Angela emphasized that in the second half of the year, we should focus on core business, strengthen execution, and standardize work processes to ensure the smooth achievement of annual goals.
2. Team building: Joyful Interaction, Team Cohesion
After the meeting, the team entered a relaxed and enjoyable free time. Colleagues either tasted wine and exchanged ideas, or played sports, and got closer in laughter.
The dinner officially started at 7:30 and lasted until 10:30. During the dinner, everyone toasted to celebrate the achievements made in the first half of the year, and sang enthusiastically, pushing the atmosphere to a climax. Oliver and Angela were responsible for mobilizing the atmosphere and capturing wonderful moments throughout the whole process, leaving precious memories for the event.
